Welcome to DMBO DEEP (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchases from us. By visiting or shopping at https://www.dmbodeep.com, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. About Us

DMBO DEEP Ltd (trading as DMBO DEEP) is a UK-based limited-edition streetwear brand designed in the UK and produced responsibly.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not:

Break any local, national, or international law.

Post, upload, or share anything offensive, discriminatory, or harmful.

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website or payment systems.

Copy or distribute our designs, logos, or content without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access if our Terms are breached or our brand/community is put at risk.

3. Product Information & Limited Releases

Every DMBO DEEP piece is part of a limited-edition drop—typically 250 units or fewer—and many items will not be restocked. We aim for accuracy in product details, colours, sizing, and imagery; minor variations may occur due to lighting, screens, or finishing.

4. Orders & Payments

Placing an order is an offer to purchase under these Terms. We may accept or decline orders (e.g., to prevent fraud or bulk reselling). Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout via approved gateways. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and external events. Shipping costs and ETA are shown at checkout. Once handed to the courier, DMBO DEEP is not liable for delays, loss, or damage, but we will assist with courier issues where possible.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

Your Legal Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

As a distance seller, we comply with the UK’s consumer protection regulations for online orders. Unless an item is bespoke or custom-made, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the item.

To cancel, please contact us at support@dmbodeep.com with your order number.

Conditions for Returns

If you would like to return an item under the cancellation right above — or because it’s faulty — please note:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all      original tags and packaging intact, so it’s in a “saleable” condition.
  • Please return goods to us at your own cost (unless      the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped).
  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and      inspect the returned item.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged during delivery, or not as described (wrong size/colour), you have 30 days from delivery to contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs showing the defect or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If we agree the item is faulty or incorrect, we will offer at our discretion a replacement, exchange or full refund (including original shipping costs).

Limited-Edition / Final Drop Policy — What Changes

Because our clothing is released in limited-edition drops and we manage small stock levels carefully:

  • If you pre-order or purchase a product marked as      “Bespoke / Made-to-Order / Custom”, then the standard 14-day cancellation      right does not apply once production has started — by purchasing you agree      to treat it as final sale.
  • For ready-made limited-edition items (i.e. already      produced), the normal cancellation & return rights (see Section 1)      still apply — we cannot lawfully prevent returns just because stock is      limited or numbered.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@dmbodeep.com within      14 days of delivery to notify us of return. Provide your order number, and      whether the return is for cancellation (change of mind) or a fault/issue.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging      (tags intact).
  3. Ship it back to our returns address (provided upon      request).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your      refund (minus any original shipping cost, if applicable) or send a      replacement / exchange per agreement.
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment      method within 14 days of accepting the return.

What We Do Not Accept

  • Returns of items that have been worn, washed, or       damaged by the customer (unless the issue was caused by a      manufacturing fault or error on our part).
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Returns sent after the 14-day return period for      change-of-mind cases — unless the package is lost or delayed, in which      case please contact us and we’ll try to help.

7. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items show estimated dispatch dates on product pages. Once production begins, pre-orders cannot be cancelled unless faulty on arrival.

8. Intellectual Property

All DMBO DEEP logos, designs, graphics, photos, and text are owned by DMBO DEEP and protected by IP laws. You may share non-commercially with clear credit to DMBO DEEP.  Commercial use requires prior written consent.

9. Social Responsibility & Donations

DMBO DEEP exists with purpose—to protect both the deep sea and the mind. A portion of every sale supports sea conservation charities and mental health organisations. Wear Deep. Protect the Deep. Protect the Mind.

10. Eco-Friendly Commitment

We prioritise ethically sourced materials and recyclable/biodegradable packaging and continuously improve to reduce waste.

11. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to our site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMBO DEEP Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use, inaccuracies, delays, or unauthorised access. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your order.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts or cancel orders for breaches of these Terms or suspected fraud/abuse. You may request account closure anytime.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal data under UK GDPR.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new laws or practices. The latest version will appear here with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

CONSUMER RIGHTS & PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION

1. Main Characteristics of Goods

We sell premium streetwear apparel including:

· Hoodies

· t-Shirts

· Joggers

· Kidswear

· Limited-Edition numbered clothing

All designs are produced in strict limited runs of 250 pieces.

Excluding Signature design. Full product descriptions, colours, sizing and fabric details are shown on each product page.
As items are produced in small batches, slight variations may occur.

2. Total Price & Charges

Before placing an order, customers will see:

· The full price of each product

· Taxes included (where applicable)

· Delivery/shipping costs

· Any additional charges (none hidden)

No extra fees will be added after checkout unless for optional services.

3. Ordering Process

To place an order:

  1. Add item(s) to your basket
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Provide delivery and payment details
  4. Review order summary
  5. Confirm purchase

You will receive an order confirmation email.
A binding contract is formed once we dispatch your order.

4. Payment Information

We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payment methods.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Your payment details are processed by secure third-party providers and are not stored by us.

5. Delivery Information

Delivery options and costs are shown before checkout.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: usually a few working days
  • International: varies by destination

If delivery is delayed or an issue arises, please contact customer support.

6. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us via email within 14 days.

Customers then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Conditions for cancellation refunds

Items must be:

· Unused

· Unwashed

· In original condition

· With tags and packaging

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange for:

· Unwanted items (within 14 days)

· Faulty or damaged goods

· Incorrect items

Because our products are limited edition, exchange availability cannot be guaranteed.
If your preferred size is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

8. Faulty Goods — Your Rights

If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to:

· A repair

· A replacement

· Or a refund

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with photos and order details.

9. Digital Receipts & Order Records

You will automatically receive your order details by email.
We retain transaction records for 6 years as required by UK law.

10. Complaints Handling

11. Governing Law

All purchases and agreements are governed by English & Welsh law.
Any disputes will be handled in UK courts unless local consumer protections apply.

12. Important Notes About Limited Editions

DMBO DEEP garments are individually numbered (e.g., “47/250”).
Due to their rarity:

· Exchanges for another size may not always be possible

· Replacements of the same number may not be available

This does not affect your statutory right to a refund for cancellations or faulty goods.

13. Security

We implement security measures to protect your data. However, no system is entirely secure, and customers should also protect their login details.

Returns & Refunds Policy


1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving their goods, unless an exemption applies (see Section 5).

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within this 14-day period by emailing support@dmbodeep.com, quoting your order number.

Once you have notified us of cancellation, you then have a further 14 calendar days to return the item(s) to us.

  

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in original or equivalent protective      packaging

Returned items must be in a resaleable condition.

For change-of-mind cancellations, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  

3. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@dmbodeep.com, providing:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the fault or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If we confirm the item is faulty or incorrect, we will offer one of the following (at our discretion):

  • A replacement
  • An exchange
  • A full refund

Where a refund is issued for a faulty or incorrect item, this will include the original delivery cost.

  

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original      payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of      receiving the returned item(s) or confirming cancellation (whichever is      later)
  • We may withhold a refund until goods are received      back or you provide evidence of return

  

5. Limited Edition & Made-to-Order Items

Limited-Edition Ready-Made Items

Items produced in limited quantities but already manufactured are treated as standard goods under UK law.
Your normal 14-day cancellation and return rights still apply, even if the item is numbered or part of a limited drop.

Bespoke / Made-to-Order / Custom Items

Items that are custom-made, personalised, or produced specifically to your order are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once production has begun, in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

By placing an order for a product clearly marked as “Bespoke”, “Made-to-Order” or “Custom”, you acknowledge that this item is non-cancellable once production has started, unless faulty.

  

6. How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@dmbodeep.com within 14 days of      delivery to notify us of your return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Securely package the item with tags intact
  4. Send the item to the returns address we provide
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your      refund or replacement accordingly

  

7. Items We Cannot Accept for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by      the customer
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Returns sent outside the 14-day cancellation window      (unless faulty)

This does not affect your statutory rights.
